1. Agreement
By creating an account or using startabroad.ge you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
We prepare relocation paperwork for Georgia: AI drafts and checks documents, and a trained team member reviews them before they reach you or any authority. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. We do not control government decisions and cannot guarantee any visa, permit, or other outcome.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before purchase and charged via our payment providers. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t submit false documents, upload data you have no right to share, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. AI-assisted output
AI-generated drafts can contain errors. A human reviews them, but you are responsible for checking your own details before anything is submitted on your behalf. Final responsibility for the accuracy of your application rests with you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Georgian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost income or a delayed or unsuccessful government application, except where that loss results from our fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version and date above change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
